Barrel Proof Stays grew out of a simple observation: Louisville draws groups, and groups need more than a hotel. Bachelor parties, bourbon tourism, family reunions, conventions, Derby week. The city fills up with people who want to be together under one roof. We built a portfolio of whole homes to meet that need. Every property comes stocked with the things groups actually use: fire pits, mini golf, hot tubs, and grills. We manage all properties ourselves, which means one point of contact and no surprises at check-in.
